Kim Koenigsberger is a specialist in international communications. Her background spans from teaching public speaking classes to working in public relations to developing international marketing strategies.

Kim has over a decade of experience working in international higher education. She has extensive experience in marketing and international student recruitment, with a focus on strategic enrollment management. Her work has taken her to over 20 countries. Currently, she is the Manager of Partner Relations and Recruitment at UC Davis Extension.

Kim’s commitment to international issues goes beyond her day job. She has volunteered with Foundation for Women, a non-profit dedicated to eliminating poverty through microcredit. She has also served on the Board of Directors at the United Nations Association of San Diego and worked as Group Leader for the Experiment in International Living.

Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and a Master’s in Mass Communication and Media Studies. She has studied abroad in Mexico, Costa Rica, Spain, Singapore and the United Kingdom.

Surabhi Lal is the Director of Career Services at NYU's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School for Public Service. She focuses on career coaching and planning for graduate students and alumni, ranging from those who are just starting their careers to seasoned professionals, as well as those who are changing careers.

Using a multicultural and multidimensional lens, she knows that searching for a job impacts many facets of one's life. As a skilled career coach, she has a natural ability to help others craft their pitch, develop a strategy for their search, and connect them with resources and people. She finds joy in making the unwritten rules of a job search more explicit and guiding others on their journey to career success.

She holds a master’s degree in education from The University of Vermont. and a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from Virginia Tech.

Leah McNally is an International Academic Advisor at the Lubin School of Business at Pace University. In her current role, she supports the academic and co-curricular development of the student population she serves. She advises graduate international student organizations that are committed to enhancing the professional networks, skills and social experiences of the student body.

Leah earned a Master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from New York University in 2015. Prior to her graduate studies, she spent four years living and working in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq as the Director of Student Services at the American University of Iraq, Sulaimani.

Ms. Sa-Eun Park is the founder and principal consultant at MagpieVenture, LLC, a consulting firm that provides effective cross-cultural knowledge exchanges, specializing in financial inclusion. In this role, she provides training and consulting services globally to financial service providers and industry players to contribute to inclusive social change by building effective development and management tools, ideas, and strategies. Previously, Sa-Eun managed projects and provided technical advisory at MEDA, an international economic development NGO, focusing on institutional capacity building with financial institutions that seek social impact to meet international development goals. Much of her work focused on empowering women population, households living in poverty, and those that are economically productive but are un-banked. In this capacity, she has consulted and led projects in 13 countries across the globe.

Sa-Eun has a Master’s degree in Development Management with a concentration in Microfinance and Financial Management from American University, Washington, DC and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of California-Berkeley Haas School of Business.

Since starting ConfidentVoice.com in 2007, Susan Ryan has worked with international MBA graduates, entrepreneurs, scientists and engineers, enabling them to make noticeable improvements to the way they communicate in American English.

Over 7,000 individuals have learned to communicate clearly and professionally using Susan's ConfidentVoice programs. Hundreds of people visit Susan's ConfidentVoice blog each week to find answers to their questions about American English communication.

Susan has a BA in History from the University of Minnesota, a teaching degree from San Francisco State University and Master's Degree in Adult English as a Second Language from Hamline University. Susan has lived and worked in San Francisco, Minneapolis, Washington, DC and South Florida.

Dr. Shanna Saubert is an international education consultant and coach, specializing in student engagement and programming. As a coach for interEDGE, she helps students and professionals identify and evaluate international education programming and target practices that affect the educational experience.

Dr. Saubert has focused her academic and professional career on international education and intercultural communication, presenting her research to colleagues at NAFSA and RAISE, as well as workshops for faculty/staff. She has worked with student organizations and faculty/staff committees, as well as international university student offices in the USA and UK to facilitate quality higher education experiences and promote student engagement.

Dr. Saubert holds a doctorate in International Education from the University of Leeds. She earned a Master’s degree in Recreation Administration from Indiana University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and German from Butler University, during which time she focused on intercultural communication and program management.
